helpful staff clean environment great location filtered water

i found the staff super nice and helpful. the hotel offered a very clean environment, which i appreciated. the location was great, close to many attractions. i also enjoyed the filtered water available near the lounge area.

the staff was attentive and that was acceptable.

the room i got, a comfort room, was small. the photos on the website made it seem bigger, i found it quite cramped and that was annoying. it was hardly enough space to move around with my luggage.

the check in was smooth. the staff was friendly. the hotel had a commitment to customer satisfaction. they accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready hours before check in.

i noticed an item in the room had some wear, but it did not affect my stay.

The staff were really helpful with directions. i appreciated that the hotel offered free coffee in the lobby. It was convenient. this was available all day, and it was nice to have a quick caffeine fix.

The room felt quite small. There wasn't much space to move around. also, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and i hoped for more variety . i noticed that some of the bread seemed stale.

happy surprise

high standard clean room good turnaround good variety

the decor was finished nice and high, the room was clean. air conditioning throughout was very good given the heat. i used the laundry service and i got it back the next morning. the breakfast was very varied and had a good offering.

the rooms was smaller than i thought from the pictures. i was disappointed, but the location made up for it.

this spot is across from a museum, it is the museum of civilization. the waterfront is also a short walk. many quiet common areas exists.
